    About the client

Clinique Dentaire Tibaoui & Mokrani is a dental and orthodontic clinic at 01 rue de Berry, El Mouradia, in Algiers. Five practitioners work there — Dr. Samir Tibaoui in general dentistry, Dr. Ilies Tibaoui, Dr. Kadous and Dr. Sebti in orthodontics, and Dr. Boulahia in dental specialty work.

Its range runs from orthodontics — aligners, ceramic braces, the Pitts 21 system, early treatment — through endodontics, oral surgery, periodontics and implantology to aesthetic work such as veneers, whitening and laser gum contouring. The clinic's own line is "rendons chaque sourire exceptionnel": make every smile exceptional.

    The brief

This engagement is social media marketing, not a website build. The clinic's site was already in place; what it did not have was a channel where the work itself could be seen by people who had never walked past the practice.

    • Turn clinical results into content people will stop scrolling for
    • Serve an audience that reads French and Arabic, without posting everything twice
    • Cover the full range, so orthodontics does not eclipse implants, surgery and aesthetics
    • Keep every claim inside what a medical practice can responsibly say in public

    What we run

The spine of the account is the before-and-after: a treatment filmed at start and finish, cut as a reel. Dentistry is one of the few categories where the outcome is visible on a face, and that is the asset most clinics under-use. Around it sit service explainers, patient smile stories, team introductions and educational posts that answer the questions people ask before they book — what aligners cost in time, what a root canal actually involves, what laser gum contouring does.

Captions run in French and Arabic to match how the clinic's patients in Algiers read, and the doctors appear by name rather than behind a clinic logo, so a follower arrives at the practice already knowing who will be treating them. The Instagram and Facebook channels are programmed together rather than cross-posted blindly.

Content on its own only fills a feed, so the Facebook side runs with booking automation behind it: inbound interest is sorted and qualified automatically, and appointments are taken without anyone at the clinic working an inbox. The clinic covers orthodontics, aesthetics and cosmetic work under one roof, which is exactly what the people arriving through these channels tend to be looking for, and the qualification step is what keeps the front desk from absorbing the volume.

    Where it stands today

The clinic's Instagram account carries roughly 130,000 followers as publicly displayed at the time of writing, with Facebook running alongside it. Both link back to the clinic's site and to its two departmental phone lines, one for orthodontics and one for general dentistry.

The website at cliniquetmdentaire.com was built by another agency; Frenchy Digital's work on this account is the social media marketing described above. Audience figures are the publicly visible counts on the clinic's own channels, not reported campaign results.
