The client
OG Physique is an online fitness training business that also offers fascial stretch therapy. Its owner, Malik Wills Martin, sells two things that rarely share one website: remote coaching, where the client trains on their own schedule and checks in, and a hands-on therapy session that has to be booked in person. Both are personal services. The buyer is choosing a coach, not a product, so the site has to explain who the coach is, what each service involves and how to start, in that order.
Before the project, by the owner's own account, the business was not making any money. That is the problem this engagement set out to fix.
The problem
A solo coach usually has the expertise and lacks the funnel. Prospects arrive from social media, look for proof that the trainer is serious, and leave if the next step is a message thread or a generic contact form. Three gaps had to close.
- No qualifying step: Every enquiry looked the same, so the coach spent time on conversations that were never going to convert.
- No direct booking: Stretch therapy is a time slot. Without a calendar, each session needed back and forth to schedule.
- No brand mark: Without a logo of its own, the site, social profiles and any printed material looked unrelated.
What we built
A site organised around two services
The website presents online training and fascial stretch therapy as distinct offers so a visitor can tell quickly which one fits them, with each service explained on its own terms and its own route to start.
The hormone questionnaire
The centrepiece is an intelligent hormone questionnaire. A prospect answers a structured set of questions before talking to the coach, which does two jobs at once: it gives the visitor a reason to engage beyond reading, and it hands the coach context before the first conversation. For a coach whose method includes hormone balance, the questionnaire is both a lead filter and the opening of the program.
Booking
A booking system lets clients reserve sessions directly instead of negotiating times by message. The time saved goes back into training clients.
Logo and SEO
We designed the OG Physique logo so the site and social channels carry one identity, and set up the SEO foundations so the site can be found by people searching for these services, not only by people who already follow the coach.
How it works for a new client
- A visitor lands on the site and chooses online training or fascial stretch therapy.
- They complete the hormone questionnaire, which tells the coach where they are starting from.
- They book a session through the booking system.
- The coach starts the first session already knowing the client's answers.
Delivery and results
The client reports a delivery time of 2 days and an investment of $10K. The reported revenue impact is the move from no revenue to profit, which the owner describes in his own words below.
