The client
Pleasant Sounds is a small event organizing and promotion company, with a team of one to ten people according to its review profile on Clutch. Its founder and CEO, Daniel Gold, came to Frenchy Digital in May 2023 through a personal referral and chose the studio after a single call.
An event promoter lives on short cycles. A date is announced, people need a place to read about it, and the window to sell is measured in weeks. That shaped everything about this project.
The problem
Pleasant Sounds needed a mobile-friendly website that could promote its events and sell online, and it needed it inside 30 days. The design already existed: the founder arrived with a Figma file. The job was to turn that file into a working site quickly, without losing the look the founder had already settled on, and without leaving him dependent on a developer for every text change.
What we built, and why Webflow
We built the site in Webflow, starting from the client's Figma file, and shipped a working MVP on desktop and mobile with an e-commerce section. Webflow was the right call for three reasons.
Mobile was part of the brief from day one, not an afterthought. People often find events on their phones from a shared link, so the MVP had to work on a small screen as well as on desktop.
How the project ran
Yasmine, Frenchy Digital's co-founder and product manager, was the client's main contact. Communication ran over Google Meet, Google Calendar, email and text, which kept decisions quick on a short schedule. The client's review notes that the team handled revision rounds well, which matters on a fixed deadline: feedback has to be absorbed fast or the date slips.
The client reported an investment of $12,000, and the engagement continued after the first launch.
Results
The client did not report traffic or sales figures, and we do not publish any. What he did report is that the site accurately represents his company's services and that he was completely satisfied with the result. The deliverable was the MVP on desktop and mobile inside the 30-day window.
In the client's words
The site accurately represents my company's services, and I'm completely satisfied with the results.

What a similar business can take from this
If you already have a design, a 30-day launch is realistic on a visual platform. The time goes into building and revising, not inventing. Start with the pages that sell (the event and the checkout) and add the rest after launch. And pick a platform you can edit yourself, because event businesses change copy every week.

About the figures
Figures on this page are as reported by the client at project close and have not been re-measured by Frenchy Digital. The client's former domain no longer hosts this site, so we do not link to it.
